Established in August 2022, we are a non-profit organization serving as the Provincial Sports Organization (PSO) for amateur Muaythai in BC. Since our inception, Muaythai BC has sanctioned 3 different fight promotions with a total of 13 full Muaythai rules events that were successfully run.

We held our first Muaythai BC Provincial Championships in January of 2024, and we are holding 2025’s Provincials on August 30th and 31st, 2025 at BCIT in Burnaby! This 2-day event will be sure to eclipse the size of our first Championships.

In 2025, we are dedicated to education. Everything from official training, to high-level seminars hosted by retired professional champions, to assisting gym owners with establishing youth programs and providing advice on business development.

Muaythai BC is proud to offer Sport Accident Insurance for our individual members, as well as offering Commercial General Liability policies for our Gym/Club members. This provides an added layer of safety for those involved in Muaythai in BC.

Our vision is to be the leading force in developing and promoting Muaythai in British Columbia, empowering youth and amateur athletes to achieve excellence, fostering education and respect within the community, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and integrity for the growth of the sport we love.
